Rules instead of discretion
Institutional-grade frameworks for the self-directed investor. Many advanced DIY operators seek the structural discipline of a rules-based model but want to manage their own assets rather than handing them over to an expensive third-party manager. Kairos operates purely as a research publisher. We design, document, and track quantitative models that we use ourselves, publishing the rulesets so approved members can study the analytics and choose exactly how to navigate their own portfolios. You retain 100% ownership, 100% execution authority, and 100% responsibility for your trading decisions.
That does not remove risk. Markets can still produce losses. The point is consistency: the same process under stress as in calm periods.
Why skin-in-the-game DIY matters
Institutional discipline. Zero management fees. High-net-worth DIY operators want the strict execution of a hedge fund without surrendering their capital to an expensive middleman. Our membership model provides the institutional framework you need to break free from traditional wealth managers—allowing you to execute documented, quantitative rules directly in your own brokerage account. You keep the custody, you keep the control, and you protect your returns from compounding asset-under-management (AUM) fee drag.
You retain ownership of the brokerage account, choose how much capital to allocate, and remain responsible for trades and tax reporting. Kairos designs strategies we use ourselves before sharing them with approved members.
What Kairos publishes
Public strategy pages show historical metrics, charts, and a How-it-works overview (style, cadence, objective, risk character). Full rules trees, live settings, and portfolio reports stay behind membership.
Backtests and out-of-sample windows are informational. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
